Russia up to the end of 2007 will accept new standards of safety for the coal industry, the first vice-premier Sergey Ivanov has informed journalists on Thursday to Kemerovo.

" Minpromenergo prepares for new standards on safety in the field of the coal industry ", - Ivanov has informed, having expressed confidence, that these standards will be accepted up to the end of year.

" I shall rigidly insist, that they have been accep ted in these terms ", - it has noticed.

The first vice-premier also has noted, that that work of miners became more safe, it is necessary to change the attitude to conditions of manufacture as proprietors of mines, and miners. " They (proprietors) should be responsible in the most serious image for safety of works, for introduction of new technologies ", - Ivanov has told.

" And the discipline of miners should be army. If the person osoznanno breaks (safety precautions) no devices will help ", - the fir st vice-premier has noted.

Before Day of miner Ivanov has visited a cut "CHernigovets" on which by the open way it is extracted more than 5,5 million tons of coal a year. It has examined manufacture and has familiarized with work of miners.

In particula the first vice-premier has examined new career dumper BELAZ carrying capacity of 130 tons. Having removed a jacket, the first vice-premier has climbed in a cabin of a dumper, has got the machine and has tested capacity of the engine.

Ivanov also has pai d attention of a management of a cut to that manufacture of coal did not influence ecology of territory. The first vice-premier have assured, that after working off of sites career is made rekultivatsija the grounds and landing of trees.

The first vice-p emier also has familiarized with control centre of manufacture. All dumpers of the enterprise are equipped by GPS-transmitters, the information with which acts in the uniform center. The chief of change owing to it it is exact, knows where there is this o r that lorry who conducts it, what charge of its fuel. This system for the first time is used on the Russian coal cut and allows to save the order of 12 million roubles in a year.
